National Institute of Fashion Technology invites applications for admission into Diploma/ PG Diploma Programmes.

NIFT Course: 

1. Surface Embellishment for Knits: 2 years duration
2. Fashion Fit & Style: 2 years duration
3. Textile CAD: 2 years duration
4. Store Operations: 2 years duration
5. Apparel Production & Merchandising: 01 year (PG)
6. Fashion Fundamentals for the Industry: 01 year (PG)
7. Leather Goods Design: 01 year (PG)
Eligibility: 
Diploma Programme: 10 + 2 in any discipline. Candidates with 2-3 years of work experience
Post Graduate Diploma Programme: Graduation Degree or A Full Time Diploma after 10th standard. Candidates with 2-3 years of work experience.
How to Apply: The application along with the prospectus can be obtained from NIFT Chennai campus on payment of Rs.200 in person or by post enclosing a DD of Rs.300 in favour of NIFT payable at Chennai. The duly filled in application along with the registration fee of Rs.2000 by DD in favour of NIFT payable at Chennai shall be submitted in person at NIFT Chennai or by post in the following address- Academics Department, National Institute of Fashion Technology, NIFT Campus, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Taramani, Chennai.

Eligibility: The candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant education after 10th resulting in Diploma / Degree in courses related to Fashion / Apparels / Textile and Accessories / Home Science/ Handloom Technology / Products / Visual Communication / Graphic Design / Industrial Design / Interior Design / Multimedia Design / Apparel Technology / Leather or any other similar course from Central / State Government institute or AICTE / AIU / UGC recognized Institute / College / University or an institute whose courses in the opinion of Director General NIFT are well accepted in the industry as equivalent to the mentioned courses.
How to Apply: Application completing all the aspect of requisite amount should be sent to the Campus Director, National Institute Of Fashion Technology, where the student intends to take the Entrance Examination.
